A man stopped by the police for public urination near the White House, has been arrested after police found a collection of deadly weapons stashed in his car.

Secret Service agents approached the suspect outside an art gallery off 17th street and Pennsylvania Avenue, in Washington DC, according to an incident report obtained by CNN. 

He told agents he was going to the White House to speak with National Security Agency Director Admiral Mike Rogers and Defense Secretary James Mattis about 'advice on missing paychecks and how to get the chip out of my head,' according to the report.

While he was being questioned, he admitted to having multiple weapons in his car - a 2009 Silver Nissan with Tennessee Fraternal Order of Police license plates.

Cops searched the car and discovered nine guns, including handguns, AR- and AK-style rifles, as well as three knives, brass knuckles, suppressors, and various types of ammunition.

The suspect was taken 'for mental observation' before he was taken to a local police station and charged with multiple weapons violations, according to the report.
The man has not yet been identified, and it's not clear whether he has a criminal record.
