Young Louisiana Rapper, Da Real Gee Money, Shot Dead In Dallas
The 22-year-old rapper born Garrett Burton, of Baton Rouge, was found dead at about 1:30 a.m. in a parking lot in the 1900 block of Dallas Drive, police spokesman Sgt. Don Coppola said.
Da Real Gee Money who has a baby daughter with his girlfriend was leaving a recording studio before he was killed. He died at the scene after suffering from gunshot wounds, according to BRPD.
The Baton Rouge Police detectives are currently investigating the murder.
