Nigerian Politicians use International loans to pay themselves salaries – Ben Murray-Bruce

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has disclosed that loans gotten from international lenders by Nigerian leaders are not put into good use, as they are for salaries of politicians.

According to him, the situation is so bad that international lenders now hesitate to give Nigeria loan.



"Nigeria is now so indebted that international lenders hesitate to give us loans. But where are these loans going? We have not built new roads, new schools or new power stations. We can’t keep enslaving future generations by using loans to pay ourselves salary at their expense," he said on Twitter.
