Lagos was shut down on Friday when the grand finale wedding ceremony of Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote's daughter, Fatima Aliko Dangote and Jamil MD Abubakar was held in Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island.

In addition to Bill Gates and other national and international dignitaries that graced the occasion, an Africa president was spotted at the dinner.
And it was none other than the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo.
