EX BBNaija 2018 housemate, Khloe has replied a fan who asked her if she was suffering from human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

page, and the Troll/Fan thought it would be nice to ask her about her health.

Sensing a very disrespectful question from the fan, Khloe replied:

“Yes, me and your entire generation suffering from same illness. I wish you all that u wish me. Say Amen, If you can’t pray for forgiveness.”
