Photos: W-H-A-T? Oh my God! Don't believe everything you see online
People are flipping out over Joe Gorga‘s recent Instagram post about his house-flipping business, but Gorga claims it was just a social media snafu.
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star raised the eyebrows of some eagle-eyed Instagram users after he shared “before” and “after” photos of a house he claims to have renovated — including a Park Ridge, NJ, woman who says she owns the “after” house and that the “before” home is located at a different address in town.
Caley Svensson exclusively told Page Six on Monday that she found it “really strange” when a friend of hers tagged her in Gorga’s Instagram post and she saw her house advertised as something he’d flipped. “It’s clearly our house,” she said. “I messaged [Gorga] on the post to please remove it, but he never responded. I DMed him, as well, and he never responded either.”
Page Six has also confirmed through online property records that Caley and her husband, Erik Svensson, are the owners of the home that appears to be pictured in the “after” photo. However, Gorga exclusively told Page Six that his 21-year-old social media manager “made a mistake.”
